About OreBridge
A marketplace built for a gap we kept seeing: real mineral assets with no credible route to capital, and capital with no reliable way to find the rights holder.
Namibia and its neighbours sit on some of the most sought-after commodity endowments in the world: copper, gold, lithium, uranium, rare earths and more. Yet the people who hold the rights to those minerals — a small company with an EPL, a family that inherited a claim, a local exploration firm — rarely have a credible route to capital. Brokerage is informal, documents are unverifiable, and good projects die quietly.
On the other side, investors struggle to find verified rights holders at all. Search results are a mix of expired listings, middlemen and noise. The first hard part of any deal is simply confirming that the person on the other end actually holds the licence they say they hold.
OreBridge exists to close that gap. We verify listed licences against the Ministry of Mines and Energy cadastre, publish them to a filtered marketplace, and make direct, consented introductions between holders and investors. We take a clear annual membership fee, an optional featured placement, and a success fee only when a deal actually closes. No hidden brokerage, no side arrangements, no pretending to be lawyers.
We are deliberate about what we are not: we are not a licence trader, not a legal adviser, and not a promise of funding. Transfers of mineral licences require the Minister's consent, and every party runs that process with its own advisers. What we provide is a verified meeting point — and the structure around it to keep it honest.
