Privacy policy

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, country and (if you provide it) your company, and your role and interests, such as the commodities, countries, deal types and deal sizes you care about. If you list a project we collect the details you submit about it, including licence information, location, stage and deal preferences. If you contact us we keep a record of your message.

We use your information to verify listings against the Ministry of Mines and Energy cadastre, to present projects to matching investors, to make and manage introductions, to invoice membership fees and success fees, and to keep the platform safe. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise third-party products to you.

Holder contact details are never published on listings. Public project pages show project information only. Your name, email and phone number are shared with another member only when you accept an introduction, and only with that member.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting the team. We will remove your listings and personal details, except where we are required to keep records, for example for invoicing, tax or legal obligations, or where a deal is in progress under a signed introduction.

We use a small amount of local storage in your browser to remember your preferred light or dark theme between visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you clear your browser storage, the site will simply fall back to the default theme.
